Yamaha YPG-235 76-Key Portable Grand Piano with Knox Double X Stand, Knox Bench and Yamaha Survival Kit (Includes Power Supply and 2 Year Extended Warranty)

The package arrived without the Knox bench advertised. I sent a message requesting for them to either send the bench or give me return instructions. The bench is on the way! The keyboard is nice. The speakers aren't very loud and the headphones included are small, but everything is great for what we are going to use it for.

After several months of use there are some comments. Very hard keys, together with the outgoing piano sound you can hear the knocking of a key. It is difficult to play smooth melodies. But the piano is good, many functions and tools.

The keyboard and seat are great. However, I could not get the Knox Keyboard stand put together, and neither could my fiance', Finally, I drove the stand to another city where my son lives and even he couldn't put it together --- because some of the parts were missing!!!! I thought I could take care of it because Knox Keyboard is in Knoxville, where I live. Unfortunately, they are out of business. At this late date, do I have any recourse?

My niece asked for an upgrade from a toy 44-keyboard and I picked this one...SHE LOVES IT almost as much as I love/care/support/respect her.

Wife needed this to practice hymns for the church! Has such a wonderful sound, she hopes to master all the features one day! Came very quick in prefect condition and at such a reasonable price!

Purchased this last Christmas as a present. It does everything as it claims. I'm a beginner so don't need all the bells and whistles but it was a great deal for the price.
