Great little poacher
We had been looking for an egg poacher. We got an electric one and a stovetop one. They kinda worked but we're more trouble to clean than I wanted. Saw this one and tried it. Works great. Easy clean up and no more steam burns either.Highly recommend this item.Only drawback, only does two eggs at a time. Great if you are on your own, but if you want more eggs, you have to clean up first. (Adds an extra 3 - 4 mins in prep).

Works, but barely.
I have used this product four times now. The first time I used the time recommended on the package, and the yolks were fully cooked and hard. Second time I cut the time back by 10 seconds, and while the yolks were soft, a lot of the whites were not cooked at all. Continued altering the time, and still cannot produce a poached egg that has cooked whites and a soft yolk. I have no problems producing a properly poached egg in a pan of simmering water.I have consistenly used the measuring cup provided with the poacher, so the amount of water is not varying. I find the eggs produced disappointing. I have used a 4 oz. glass custard cup filled with a 1/4 cup of water in my microwave in the past and find it produces a better poached egg than this dedicated unit.

Simple and quick
Pouched eggs in under 80 seconds. The key is to match the power level to the time on your microwave. 80 seconds on high is hard boiled. 70 seconds is runny. 75 seconds on power level 8 is just right. Keep in mind the eggs' size changes. The unit cleans right up in a dish washer but hard to get in the groves by washing by hand, but is a lot easier to clean than a pan and metal poacher. The bottom line is a healthy way to eat eggs in under 2 minutes.

Not so good...
I am sorry to write this, but this egg poacher microwaveable does not seem to work well. With using recommended settings, and even taking initial consideration that all microwaves are different, the top always pops off and makes a mess everywhere. I have tried to use, but now have to be prepared to clean up every time. Maybe it is a design flaw, but not sure. I hope manufacturer sees this and is able to improve the design or possible issues for future customers.

Doesn’t Work In My Microwave Oven
Simply didn’t work in my microwave. The egg is cooked solid before the water gets warm.

Perfect eggs in one minute
The easiest way to make eggs I've ever used. I love poached eggs but generally only got them at a restaurant because I destroyed them anytime I tried to make them. This is laughably easy to make poached eggs with and clean the unit before I sit down to eat!!

Not easy to get it right.
Our microwave is 900 watts. I’ve tried multiple combinations, 1 egg, 2 eggs, more time, less time, etc. I can’t seem to get it right. If you like a poached egg with runny yolk and set egg white, I hope you have better luck than I have. If I hadn’t tossed the packaging, I would have returned it.
