I have a very hard time sleeping due probably so many issues and I really do not like taking any kind of prescribed medicines for sleep b/c they always make me feel off the next day...I tried this to see if it would help and since I’m like a kid and hate taking pills figure I would eat a gummy cuz it’s like a treat 😋 great flavor and I sleep like the dead now...I don’t take them daily b/c too much of this stuff and your body will not produce the same amount of melatonin it should and u will be at a deficit...taking 2 isn’t a good idea either it’s too much mg according to a sleep expert I watched on a MasterClass videos...no more than 5mg which is one but even that is a lot...and this stuff isn’t regulated by the FDA I would only take half of one gummy so hopefully 2.5mg to help myself fall asleep but when struggling I do take the other half on occasion. One thing I’ve noticed tho is the CRAZY vivid dreams I have on this stuff and I almost always remember them ...best part tho sleeping better, longer and don’t wake up feeling off. I totally recommend this product if used responsibly-be informed!

This gummy is even better than the other popular brand that I have been using of which could knock me out in less than 15 minutes 😁

I love these! The flavor is good and they help me fall asleep so much faster! I take them about 30 minutes before I want to fall asleep and it works every time.

I was surprised when they arrived with no label on the bottle, just a tiny sticker with the name and barcode. Everything else seems fine. Just unappealing.

Flavor is not one I have had before in a gummie Melatonin. It is still very nice.The effect is not as fast as other gummies of the same dosesage I have tried and doesn't last as long though.

It is good in the aspect of working. But the taste is not good.
