Absolutely dreadful! Seconds after putting in the batteries the unit got so hot we could smell burning. My husband burnt his hand getting the batteries out as we thought it was going to burst into flames!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!! It should be removed from sale as IT IS HAZARDOUS!!!!! I wanted to give it no stars but the system won’t let me!!!

Works very poorly. I am a doctor and can confirm that this does not give reliable readings of pulse oximetry. It has a very cheap feel compared to the devices I use more regularly. Bought for my mother to have at home. Straightforward return with Amazon. Would advise paying a bit more and getting a functioning item from a reputable medical items supplier.

Avoid it at all cost. This is a scam. It gives random readings without a finger inside. I left it on for about 10 minutes on the table and it started off with an oxygen saturation of 95 and a pulse of 77 WITHOUT a finger inside! Then saturation started dropping 2 minutes later and the pulse going up. After 10 minutes the pulse was 120 and oxygen saturation 87! What was it reading?This seems to be a scam device giving random numbers! Don’t fall for it!I’ve already ordered the return.

I purchased this item has I suffer with severe anemia, which has caused some issues with my heart. My heart rate can raise excessively which causes me shortness of breath and ultimately chest pains. I therefore purchased this device to help monitor my stats and it has ended up being a very worthwhile purchase.The product is small and very simple to set up. The size of it means that it is easy to keep it in your pocket or store it somewhere safely, ready for use when required. To use this item you simply place your finger in the device and the screen will tell you your pulse rate, oxygen levels and P.I percentage. It is so easy to use and it can give you an accurate reading in a very short space of time.As well as using this for me, it also ended up being really beneficial for my husband, who unfortunately had a bad experience with coronavirus. We were able to monitor his oxygen levels at home to ensure that they did not go too low and this provided us with lots of reassurance.This item has had regularly use over the past couple of months and the battery is still showing as full, so it is great that we have not had to keep replacing batteries every couple of days like other similar products. I have already recommended this item to family and friends and we have been really impressed with it so far.

The unit seems to works fine, although it was difficult to turn it on for the first time - it took several attempts and battery checks before it decided to turn on.One important comment - it comes without batteries, so, buy two AAA size batteries.

I bought this as my Asthma was playing up . It’s easy to use and I understood the readings results. Highly recommended.
