I love this stuff. It gives me the boost I need without too much caffeine that tends to keep me up at night if I workout anytime after 4pm. For those who tend to be particular about taste, its really quite pleasant. I've tried way too many pre workouts and I must say, this is the closest thing to perfection (for me). The single serving sachets suits my lifestyle as it allows me to travel with only what I require. The con with this product is that it is a lot more expensive than similar pre workouts. For me, its worth it since I am weighing the cost against benefit of being able to sleep at night after a robust workout. Additionally, the cleanliness of this product is such that you can take it, not workout, and be jitters free.

one of the best pre-workout supplement I have ever tried. Gives me the boost both mentally and physically, but no jitters and seems to not affect my night sleep, even when I use it for my evening workout. I've been using it for many years now, with all my activities from CrossFit to martial arts to P90X. Highly recommend!

Great product, but a little on the pricy side for a pre work out. However, you get what you pay for. It has clean solid ingredients and you know exactly what you are getting, which is nice. Also, there's no itchy/tingling feeling, like with some pre workouts

The product itself is fantastic. It does not give you the usual pre workout jitters that others would. The reason I give this 4 stars and not 5 is the individual packaging. They are impossible to open. Maybe my fingers are big but they constantly need scissors to open. Suggestion would be to pre cut a notch so it is an easy open.

I have been CrossFitting and competitive weightlifting for some time now. I have tried numerous pre-workout mixes, stacks, and the like. This product is an all-in-one product with just the right amount of creatine and beta alanine. In my opinion, it is simply the best on the market.

It tastes great, and gives you a nice boost, but it foams like crazy and makes it almost impossible to drink. After the foam settles hours later, there's about 2-3oz of liquid left in the bottom of the shaker, when it only started with 10oz.
