It works with companion smartphone App "Instant Color" (available on iOS and Android). and connects to smartphones through Bluetooth. It is palm size and has a built-in rechargeable battery which supports 30-40 prints per charge.Pros:- App is easy to use. Simply choose a photo from gallery or take a new one from camera, edit and resize in App, and print. There are options to add borders and custom filters. I can also print multiple photos at once.- Finishing a photo takes only 70-90 seconds and the color/details are good. The photos are instant dry and ready to use right after print.- Refill photo papers are available for purchase and price is comparable to other brands.Cons:- the printer does make some noise while printing. It's not loud but noticeable in quiet places.- I can't find a way to make collage photos print. Maybe it will be implemented in a future update.

The printer:It is easy to set-up, comes with a pre-loaded paper cartridge, and only required 2 hours for the initial charge.The quality is good, the picture prints a bit darker than what I see on my phone, so I do adjust each time before I print. Paper quality is very good, nice heavy photo paper.The App:The app was easy to download, a few things to note:You can only print what you have on your phone - the integration to FB and Instagram are not active. App states coming soon.Photo edit features are limited.Customer Service:The service team is quick to respond and friendly.We did have to clear up a few "misunderstandings:Free paper offer for review - my printer came with a card asking for a product review in exchange for 50 sheets of photo paper. I completed the review and submitted the following instructions. My request was returned asking that I change my 4 stars to 5 stars to receive the offer. I explained this is a bribe and I would not make the change. I was sent an apology for the request and the paper has been sent.Similarly, with the warranty request - I was asked to submit proof I had subscribed to their YouTube channel to get the warranty. I have resubmitted with the directions attached.

In love with this portable photo printer!Easy and extremely fast to print. The device is just the size of my hand, very light in weight and nice design. I have printed 10 pictures to try it and it worked perfectly. I have to say that I am impressed the the quality, better of what I thought.Highly recommended! Now we can give pictures to visitors when coming to meet the new member of the family!I really love this photo printer! Super easy and fast to print. A little bit of context... I've seen these little photo printers around, some for Kodak, some for Instax, but my birthday was September 20 so I decided to order one of the little things after my mom gave me a $50 Amazon gift card. I had to spoon out quite a bit of money from my own pocket to purchase the 5 extra cartridge/paper refills as well, and I also decided to invest in some glue dots because I knew full and well that I would be putting these on the wall in my room or on the fridge or other small appliances.Overall, I spent about $150, $100 out of pocket.The package was supposed to arrive 9/24, after ordering it on 9/21, but it came the morning of 9/23! Amazon Prime always baffles me, and the free shipping and handling for all of the products is always a plus.This was definitely a steal. I printed out my first photo as shown on the first slide, and the other slides are just photos of the printer itself and what came with it.The box said that I would be receiving a lanyard, which was minorly upsetting because I actually didn't receive a lanyard.. But that's the only downside! The printer was wrapped up all nice and tidy. The outside of the box was a bit scuffled, but nature and shipping and handling are all a force to be reckoned with, LOL!This little printer is a POWER HOUSE! As soon as I plugged it in, it took maybe 20-30 minute to get it to full charge, all the while I was testing it out and getting the app set up. The idea of having a 2-in-1 ink/paper cartridge is sort of new to me, but I welcome the idea full-force. Whatever can help me save time and money, I'm totally down for. This affordable little printer is lightweight, has given me SO MUCH more variety for my photo walls and other glorious arts and crafts, and it's so cute! Especially when I deck it out with stickers and permanent designs, I'll be proud to bring it around campus. Printing takes about 60 seconds, which is understandable, and it's super cute to watch the printing cycle happen and watch the ink go through the color phases.This is definitely a good choice for a married couple, a young couple, a sentimental elder, or a young adult, or even a kid! The possibilities are endless, and especially for the price that you pay, this is BEYOND my wildest dreams. I love taking photos, and if you know someone who is sentimental towards photos, or who just genuinely enjoys taking photos, this is definitely the gift for them. I am beyond excited to explore and take these on the Appalachian, to the beach, and just around my home town! So cute, and I'm always happy to support the smaller businesses!I definitely recommend!

The quality of these photos are like what you would get if you were to print them yourself with your printer and photo paper. You can see lines or dots sometimes in the images but for the price, I still think it’s more than worth it. This little thing is much easier to work with than a standard printer and you send pictures via Bluetooth from your phone. The photo paper refills are reasonably priced, there’s no ink to worry about and the device came charged as well. I’d say, if you’re tired of using your home printer because it’s clunky, hard to work with and expensive or you don’t have anything that can print pictures period - this is a great option.I don’t need my prints to be 10/10 quality as I’m just putting them in my personal journal.
