Yes, its kinda fun keeping track of the fuzzball's details, but where this product really comes in useful is in making sure that you keep vet records up-to-date and handy. I can see everything he's had at a glance and see when he has vaccinations coming up. Its also useful when I go out of town and need to leave instructions for someone watching him. I usually type up a list for them, but that list is made so much easier by having all relevant information in one place.I don't know how useful some of the other sections will end up being, but for the vet information alone, I think this is worth it.

Lots of space to write but you can't really put mementos or receipts in this book without making it fan out. I find the breeder tab unnecessary as I do shelter rescues. There are a lot of choices for first time cat owners and the Moleskine quality is unsurpassed. It's just not made for someone like me.

This journal was under the misconception that there isn't a spot for vaccine records when there is. And there is even a table of contents and stickers in the back folder pockets; which I find quite helpful. I use this journal to track my visits with my therapy pets to the nursing homes and hospitals.

Superb! If you love moleskine; activity book; keeping track of your cat's growth, then this is the one for you!Ever since I adopted my kitten (which is quite recent), I was looking for this! Unfortunately, they have discontinued this and is now limited online. It wasn't a great sell compared to it's other moleskine passion line books. It's beautiful, unique and simple. It has tabs, sections and stickers!Grab one now while it still exists!Happy Writing!

I bought this as a gift for a friend who has several cats. It has lined blank pages for each pet, vet notes, various stickers to mark an entry with. An excellent way to keep track of the health and day to day care of each pet.

I didn't read the description very well. I thought it only had cats on the cover, not a journal to keep about your cats. I will keep it, but not sure what I will put inside.

I got this when I adopted my kitten last summer. It's really good for recording details such as important numbers and websites (the vet, the websites that I get cat food from, etc.). It also has pages for recording memories and inserting photos of you cat, which is sweet. There is a pocket in the back where I can keep receipts from the vet and insurance related stuff.A reason I found this to be a particularly good buy is for when I have to go away. My dad babysit Indi for me, but he has never had a cat and isn't very confident knowing what to feed when etc. So I can leave specific instructions on the routine page, and because there are several pages with the same layout, as Indi changes and grows up, I can set out a new page with his updated feeds and so on. Also my dad finds the book reassuring as he can quickly find numbers for the vet/ out of hours vet should there be a problem.In summary, these notebooks are not cheap. You could get a normal notebook and do the same, but the layout of the moleskine cat journal is well done. Easy to find info. I would say this would make a great gift for someone who has got a new kitten or cat.

If you are a cat lover this is for you. I have two cats and each one as a moleskin cat journal. I like all the sections and think it is well thought out. The only negative would be the pie charts for how the cat spends its day, this section is a bit of a waste as they pretty much eat, sleep, poo, play so no need for so many pages for this section.

Bought this as a novelty gift and it's cute. I love moleskin anyway. The only comment I have is that it's designed for just one cat so if you have two you have to choose your favourite...
