How much b1 b6 and B12 is in each tab

It depends on what amount you get. There is 50,100,150 mg for each of the B vitamins. I take the b150 complex and a separate b12 1000mg also. It’s best to get the time release because it lasts longer throughout the day.

How long is the timed release suppose to take? A couple hours? A full day?

So, I’ve been taking this for many years and it lasts a good majority of the day. The time release gradually releases the vitamin in spurts. Normally you will feel the effects in about an hour after your body has finished absorbing the vitamin. For vitamins, I always get the time or prolonged release because it lasts longer through out the day. Sometimes they may be a little more expensive but well worth it.
