Excellent product for the price
This pannier is excelent! I was a bit scared about the bad reviews but after a month, I can say that is perfect. It fits well on my bike (Dahon vybe v7) and is very easy to take it from the rack. To put it is a bit hard at first but later on, you catch the idea. The size is good for me, I put my laptop, a small lunch box and a sweater. I have a little more space for a thick book. Is true the cover takes some space, so I took it off when it doesn't rain.Overall, for the price is a very strong and easy to use pannier, compared with other more expensive ones like ortlieb or others on the market

great bag (updated)
It's still early days for me, but I'm going to say that this is a great bag!- High-quality construction- Well thought through compartments- Solid attachment for racks- I successfully attached it to a front rack--it's low but not too low- The included rain cover is nice peace of mind- It's quite nice as just a backpack- Good value for money[UPDATE]Here are the ways in which it is not perfect for me:- The laptop pocket is padded front and back but not at the bottom. So if you put the backpack down on its bottom, your laptop can clunk against the ground.- The bottom pannier attachment strap would work great for some kinds of racks but is not perfect for my weird front rack (Tubus Duo).- Be sure to tuck in all the straps!

Overall decent for the price, but not amazing.
The overall design of the bag is reasonably good, provided you don’t intend to use it primarily as a backpack. When used as a backpack, the pannier hooks may be felt depending on how much you have in the bag. The fabric itself is water resistant (good enough to handle light drizzle for a 30-60 minute ride), but definitely not waterproof without the rain cover. The included rain cover works well for light cycling in heavier rain, but reduces overall visibility of the bag to some extent (no reflective parts, no high-viz fluorescent parts, just a slightly dull matte cadmium yellow for the whole thing).

Decent bag for the price with a few faults UPDATE: Only really lasted for one year
ONE YEAR UPDATE (downgraded from 4 stars to 3):After using the bag for over a year, here is how the bag held up: The bag itself has actually held up fairly well and the material hardly shows any significant wear. The downside is that the straps and pockets have not held up very well. While the side pockets are large enough to hold an oversized 32oz Owala water bottle, the mesh has developed large holes and looks like it will tear apart. The straps on the side have come loose and have nearly detached from the bag - I had to use tent repair tape to keep them attached. The backpack straps have also started to come loose, even though I have barely used them (most of the time I had them tucked in.) Also the coating on the hooks have completely fallen off, and on occasion when riding over some railroad tracks, the bag has jumped off the hooks even with the safety latch engaged - the only thing saving my bag was the lower buckle. ORIGINAL REVIEW:Have been using the bag for about a month and so far it has held up fairly well. The handle on the zipper that covers the hooks fell off, but was able to fix it by using some pliers to close up the gap. As others have pointed out, the top grab handle is very flimsy, and I avoid using it to pull the bag off my rack. I am worried about the plastic locking device that hooks into the rack as it is also rather flimsy, although the buckle on the bottom does help with stability. Lots of room on the inside with a good amount of inner pockets. The mesh side pockets are able to hold a large 32 ounce water bottle securely, however the reflective strip gets blocked if there is something large in the side pocket. I use an old laptop case strap to carry the bag in pannier mode. The rubber coating on the hooks is starting to peel off, and I've repaired them temporary (permanently lol) with electrical tape. Spilled some water on the bag and the water rolled off, but not sure it would handle constant rain. The included waterproof cover seems decent enough, and fortunately can be packed fairly tightly to save space. The helmet net works, but seems a bit cumbersome, plus anything you store in that compartment like the rain cover can fall out as the opening faces down. All in all a good bag for the price.

Impressive quality and versatile
I took a gamble on this pannier since I was completely unfamiliar with the brand but I was more than impressed when I received it, and months later of regular use, it continues to be a great pack. compact design and comfortable as a backpack. The hooks for the bike rack zip away neatly and likewise for the backpack straps when not in use. Overall great quality product and will definitely be buying from this company in the future.

Poor quality bag, lasted three days
I believe this is from yet another random Chinese Amazon store selling poor quality products with little to no customer support. I got this bag because it had a number of internal and external pockets and a good size, unlike my ancient Ortlieb pannier, which is essentially a black hole. Unfortunately a couple of the straps ripped right off after using the bag for only three days. I'm happily back to using my trusty Ortlieb. I would urge anyone in need of a pannier to spend the extra bucks and get a bag from a reputable company that will last you years.

Wanted to love it.
I was really excited about this backpack as it would fit all my needs for commuting. I received it and started transferring the contents of my old backpack. Laptop fit great, would hold everything else I needed & even had the side pockets for my coffee. Clipped it on my Ibera rack & took a quick ride & everything seemed great. Went to pull it off the rack & the stitching on the handle started popping. I knew there was no way this would last & will be returning it. I was hesitant on the clip system & wished they had a better way to release it but I really liked all the storage & ability to use as a backpack. Can’t really comment on the durability of the rest of the bag but if the seams are already separating after one use, I don’t think the bag would last for many commutes.
