The product works just fine but I have a few complaints. The edges are not sanded down and very prickly which also makes it hard to open the top and the incense compartment. It’s almost like the pieces weren’t made the exact right measurement so I kinda have to pry both parts open and closed.

This is a handcrafted wooden box and very pretty actually but the lid doesn't fit all that well so the hinges may break. so maybe I just won't open it much and use the carved openings on the top to burn stick incense. it is really a very large incense burner and I wasn't expecting this. It is also pretty and the ethnic handmade quality of it is really cool. I am happy with the purchase and think it would make a nice gift

Is this a perfect item? No, the hinge is a little bit crooked but really, what are you looking for, it’s a rustic box and for the money, a good deal. It is so cute and reminds me of a little antique. The smoke from the incense looks so pretty and the box really contains the mess from the ash. If you like rustic, this is for you! I personally love it!

Bought this as a replacement for my 15 year old coffin smoker that finally developed a burn hole in middle tray. It’s exactly the same quality as the original one . Please consider where it was made and the conditions and pay workers are getting before giving it poor reviews. I’m quite happy that I found a replacement after all these years and would purchase it again. It works GREAT.

Just as advertised. Looks really good, super nice glossy finish. Would even pay a couple more bucks for a product like this.
