No, not at this price. It is single walled.

Q: How does the top seal? Air tight and hold carbonation?

The seal is excellent though I've only used it with water so far. I am not afraid to lay it on its side in my car, it won't leak. I recommend this product to carry all sort of beverages for consumption. Enjoy.

Q: does it leak if placed on it's side?

In my experience, not only does it not leak when placed on its side, it holds beer carbonation far longer that screw-cap growlers.

The thermal one does a terrific job of keeping coffee hot for up 18 hours, if preheated with boiling water. The single wall one is a great 64 oz stainless steel growler with swing away top, but does not provide temperature control.
