Great brand
I used to get the Stagioni D'Italia brand but then Amazon stopped selling it so I was looking for something a bit fancier than standard supermarket stuff without breaking the bank and was very happy with this.It has a nice firm texture with a slight springiness. Not as hearty as the other brand but still really nice. It cooks reliably and holds its texture well. It is quite forgiving if you do overcook it a bit and it is great in pasta bakes and casseroles because of it.I've tried a few different shapes and they have all been really nice.

Makes a change shapewise.
I used this instead of macaroni the other day - looks very different; nice pasta.Have several versions - fusilli - spirals - ordinary - and coloured - in the pantry.Sometimes put them in curry.

I don't know if its better than the other brands of pasta, but I've tried lots of Garafalo pasta now and always been very happy with it. Infact it's the only brand I buy now, but I have to get it from AmazonPlease could you add Cappelletti to Amazon Prime though? Most of your other types of pasta are available for next day delivery, but this one takes 2 weeks to arrive. You also have to buy 2 packs at a time so you've always one got pack just sat taking up space
