CogLab Manual with Printed Access Card for Cognitive Psychology: Connecting Mind, Research and Everyday Experience, 3rd

I ordered the CogLab Manual for my Cognitive Psychology course. It shipped in a timely manner, but I was extremely disappointed because I ordered the book solely for the purpose that it said it came with the Printed Access Card, and it did not. It arrived only with the manual. I ordered the book as "New", assuming that meant it came with the Printed Access Card. I was told to not buy a used manual as the code would already have been used, so I ordered it New, and it had no access code! If you are going to sell something with the title of "CogLab Manual WITH PRINTED ACCESS CARD", it better include the access card. Very misleading and very disappointing.

They said there was an access card, and there was no card. The only reason I bought the book was because of the card. I missed so many assignments for my psychology class because I had to search to buy the access somewhere else. Then, dailydeals USA refused to give me a refund, I'm so salty about this. Don't waste your money if you need the access card. This is false advertising and is illegal.

Did not come with access card like promised, was disappointed.:( Noone would reply to my emails either.

Said it came with a cog lab code and did not. Tried to rectify the situation, but had no luck.

Says it come with access code but doesn't. Wish I hadn't bought it. Not worth the money I spent for just one book...

cengage website has the updated lab manual and lab access, this book did not come with it, and the lab readings were outdated. I had to purchase from the web as well which costs me extra money because I could not get a full refund for the book.

DO NOT BUY THIS!! There is NO ACCESS CARD with the book!!

I needed this in a hurry for class, so I bought it confidently since the description claims it comes with a printed access card. I got the book just in time for class, but the access card I needed was not included with the book as the description claimed and was forced to buy an access code on line that I needed in order to do homework. I would have returned it, but didn't have the option since classes had already begun for the semester, so I didn't have time to wait to get a new one with the access card that it should have come with.

The manual was brand new, and it has include the access codes for CogLab. The price was perfect, highly recommended!
