This is an excellent shoe at the cost of an entry level shoe. It has a great fit, excellent look and incredible performance. I just finished my first century ride and they were very comfortable the entire ride. I would recommend them to anyone. I used Shimano 105 pedals.

I sent them back
I have a lot of Shimano road and MTB shoes. I went back to Shimano MTB's after some Mavics that I had. Tough and durable.These didn't make it. I was disappointed after a long ride. Tried them on another ride. They didn't do it.All my shoes are 44's but these just didn't feel good. The tongue rubbed into my foot and I could not get them to fit right.I went and got some Specialized Boa's. They are truly amazing.

Good riding shoes.
This say "Mountain Bike" Shoes, but I'm pretty sure they're for roadies. I've been using them for about 3 years, very comfortable and light. Recommended for a rider pushing about 100 miles a week.

Solid shoes, great price
Bought these to supplement my current Shimano SH-R131s, which show very few signs of wear after 4 years. Really stiff sole transfers full power to the pedals. Sizing seemed true - my feet are a little on the narrow side, and these fit me very well and a are comfortable. The velcro and ratchet closures are secure and easy to fine tune. If these shoes hold up as well as my old Shimanos I will be a very happy rider.

Love these shoes
These shoes fit me like a glove. Great summer shoe and are plenty stiff. The only thing I dont like is they are already scuffed up after 6 months of use. Would purchases these shoes again.
