I received both bottles so no issue there. The instructions say to take 1 tablespoon in water. DON'T TAKE MORE THAN ONE. Trust me, my body has never cleaned out so quickly as when I took 2 tablespoons, about 6 hours apart. You won't leave the bathroom. You'll be awake because you'll be afraid to sleep or else you may mess yourself
