I actually saw this item some place else at more than twice the price! I didn't want to pay that much for an item that's really just a cable, pulley and a few straps. That said, this item works exactly as advertised. Feels JUST like the pulley machines at the Gym! The only I have is that the weight itself tends to swing around after performing a couple of reps. As you can see from my photo, I have some mirrors installed on the wall. The weight can easily swing around and break my mirrors if I'm not careful. I'm thinking of attaching an additional weight with a 12" strap attached to the bottom of the weight that get's pulled up to prevent it from swinging around.All in all, I'm pretty impressed! I can do a lot of the exercises I've been missing at the gym now.

I really thought this item would be... idk thicker? There’s nothing wrong with it, it works fine, but I just thought there was more to it for some reason. Either way, you get what you pay for lol

Overall very good product. The pulley moves freely and the length of the cable is good. I wish that both ends of the cable had a ball stop on them, then the system would be perfect.

It’s definitely a good workout “tool” to have in your home gym. It works the necessary muscles, but it seems like the attachments that come with the pulley system aren’t that great for tackling the muscle groups. It feels as though the muscles aren’t getting the full extension necessary for them to be worked. The pulley system is quiet and works well, but I would maybe invest in other attachments that may be of benefit to you in the long run (tricep ropes).

Great! Easy set up, seems very sturdy. You don’t want to throw crazy poundages on this but it seems to handle a good amount of weight for most pulley exercises. With the gym still closed this thing is great to have. Price seemed reasonable for the convenience of having it as a package deal. Had to put together a plate holder, but that was easy enough. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Great system. I purchased two, along with a simple pull-up bar to put in a doorway so I could do cable flies and other exercises that require two pulley systems. You can attach any type of weight to this (weight plates/dumbbells/kettle bells) making it super easy to use and practical. Excellent bargain.

A sturdy and strong pulley that handle weight plates. An added feature to my home gym. I use it for lat pulls, tricep push downs and other various pull exercises. A great buy at a decent price.

Works perfectly. I'm quite impressed by how sturdy the pulley really is. It won't replace a lat machine, but it is very nice to use.

Just as expected, does a great job, not noisy and feels sturdy enough.
