What are the diamentions of the strips?

If you want to know if it hangs over, it doesn't. The top, a slice in the front allows for a better fit. The lower, depending on the depth of your denture, you may want to trim it a bit. They're fantastic! If I'm going out to eat, I use a bit of poligrip on the bottom. The bottom tends to come loose with hot or cold drinks. Does it have kind of protection so I can put it in wallet?

I’d put they in a small snack bag to protect them but it is okay in a wallet for a short period of time. The strips have a removable tape-like covering that you peel off before use.
