I just started using the Yamuna ball primarily for my face. I apparently carry stress in my face and clench my jaw as I am prone to headaches and TMJ. This has been remarkable for releasing the muscle tension in my face. The pain in my jaw has subsided. I purchased it to smooth my wrinkles, but haven't been using it consistently enough to reasonable tell a difference. My point is that the added bonus on this journey is that it relieves headaches and other muscle tightness so I look and feel more relaxed. So glad I purchased this.

Every time I use it on my face, I feel so relaxed, I could fall into a deep sleep. So I do it sitting up, rather than lying down, otherwise, I would never finish the routine. It's that relaxing! Only used it a few times, so can't comment on wrinkle reduction, but just the relaxation benefits are worth the balls themselves.

As I noted in my review of the "Body Rolling Gold Ball Kit"......... these products are way overpriced! Doen not come with ANY literature for guidance, even one printed sheet. The process of using the balls feels great and I am sure IS beneficial. However the CD leaves much to be desired, unless you want to watch a lengthly session with Yamuna (which I sure folks pay a premium at her studio). It is very drawn out........perfect for a studio setting, but in presenting to a CD audience for home practice not worth the price. Had I known, I would have only purchased the book, and used the balls I currently own which would have probably worked just as well AND saved a ton of $$.

I bought this set mainly to help me relax my face and jaw. I clench my teeth at night but I also frown a lot and grind my teeth when driving. I was hoping that using this kit regularly will at least increase my awareness of how much tension I hold in my face and that may help me relax my face more during the day.So far my experience is positive. The dvd is about one hour long and I rarely have that much time to spend on my face. Instead I go through the dvd every once in a while as a reminder of how to do this right. Then on a daily basis I just do an abbreviated program before I go to bed.I find this indeed very relaxing. I do this after washing my face but before applying my moisturizer (otherwise the ball slips on the skin).The balls are very good. I really didn't want to spend this much money on this kit but these balls are quite different from any balls I have ever seen or touched. The texture is different and specifically designed for the delicate skin on your face. They are toxic free and made in Italy.Initially I thought I would not need the large ball but it turns out I really enjoy the support the large ball gives.Overall, the kit helps me increase awareness of the tension in my face. It helps me relax before bedtime. After doing the routine my skin actually looks better short term. I am not sure yet of long term effects.I am only giving 4 stars instead of 5. That is because the kit is very expensive and you can't buy the balls individually. I think they should be available individually in case you lose one or your dog gets it. Also, I wish the dvd would comment on how much to inflate the balls and I wish the dvd had an abbreviated routine instead of just the full hour routine that no one has time for.

The video provides good detailed instructions. I immediately felt my sinuses open up. This routine has also been helping me to reduce tension headaches. I did the routine right before bed and it helped my mind calm down and fall asleep.

Look closely...this comes with a DVD. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have a DVD player. I thought it was just a booklet.

Thickness of ball and also the pressure is just right. It came fully inflated at the right pressure/size so you dont have to find a pump to do it yourself. 5-Stars.Should have been a video that is downloadable online instead of DVD.
