Poor design, cheap hardware, sized for men
Cheaply made - I didn't expect cheap plastic hardware connecting the bottom of the shoulder straps to the bag. One side popped loose the first time I tried it on just inside my house. Easy to replace these with a more durable metal caribiner but I shouldn't have to do that for a $200 bag.Material on the inside of the zipper is badly finished and fraying. It gets caught on the kayak buckle when zipper up.Sexist sizing - I'm a very average sized 5'6" lady. There is no way for the bag to fit as intended on my body. Once I buckle the hip belt in the right place, the shoulder straps float several inches above my shoulders. There needs to be adjustability and inclusive sizing for shorter/women's torso lengths. Yet again one size fits mostly men.No room for necessities - the kayak is always going to travel with a paddle and life jacket. This bag should be designed to handle at least those two additional items inside, especially since it's marketed for use on air travel. I usually stash life jacket inside the kayak but this bag zips only if the kayak is all the way tightened up, no room for PFD. I'd also expect a small amount of padding for protection, there is none.Lacking a handle - There should be a handle for easily lifting it off the ground and onto my back. Virtually all backpacks have a little rainbow shaped strap centered between the shoulder straps, but this one doesn't.If this pack were $50-100 maybe. At $200, it needs to be better.

Perfect!
Received quickly and in perfect condition. Flew with it and it has worked perfect for transporting my kayak!

Works wonderfully except...... shoulder straps each broke at cheap plastic buckle
The plastic clips that fasten shoulder straps to the lower part of the pack each broke the first day I used it. I replaced them with S-carabiners, now they are sturdy. Surprised by this one simple flaw (a cheap plastic fastener) in an otherwise fine product.

Product attachment points separate from swivel
The first time I picked up the backpack with the kayak the swivel separated from the attachment point, see picture. It cannot support the weight. For $199.00, I expected stronger Attachment points.
