A Compact Solution for Bone Health!
After finding these calcium magnesium supplements with positive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. It's only been a week, but they seem promising for my calcium intake. The tablets, though a bit large, are manageable when broken in half. They also contribute to relaxation and better sleep. Surprisingly, despite their size, these have become my preferred calcium magnesium supplements.

Side effects despite claim there are none
The leaflet inside the box claimed there were no side effects. I took them for 3 days, but they gave me diarrhoea, which stopped as soon as I stopped taking them. Back to the former brand I was taking, which is more expensive, but genuinely has no side effects.

Tablets are large and not coated and so are difficult to swallow. Also gave me stomach ache so won’t be using again..

Dodgy ingredients
The ingredients are listed at the bottom of the box and there's a reason for that...isomalt (sugar), purified talc?! If there was a picture of the ingredients I would have not bought it!

No stars really.
Only says calcium on website. When it came it is calcium carbonate which is vastly inferior to calcium citrate which is what I will need post operatively soon. Am unable to return product. Not happy at all.

Not worth buying.
Was using a different product that was amazing, but decided on a change due to being a well known brand, did absolutely nothing for me, unlike the other brand I was having.
