Snore chip

I have used this product fot two nights. My husband says my snoring has been minimal and manageable. I bought it because my snoring was so bad that my husband was not able to sleep. So I was a bit deperate. I have started using a nasal spray at night, adding some vicks just below ny nostrils and then the ring. I also take several deep breathes before I go to sleep. The combination of everything is definitely helping. I no longer sound like a freight train during the night. I am actually getting better sleep and so is my husband.

I never take the time to write reviews but this was so annoying! This product is a scam! It does not work at all! I even put 2 in my nose at one point and that they didn’t help either. My spouse would keep waking me up that I was snoring so loud. So I decided to go back to my Breathe Right strips and lord and behold I noticed that they had knocked off the ad picture for the breathe right strips and then photoshopped the strip off his nose Lol 😂 don’t waste your money like I did. Don’t buy. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews.

It's hard to tell, but I do think that these stop some of the various *types* of snoring that keep my poor wife awake some night. I never really even thought about the fact that sometimes I snore in my nose, sometimes in the back of my throat and sometimes from my soft palate. I think that these little clips probably help the nose snoring but not the others.Ah well.They are fairly comfortable to wear, and it's nice that they give you a dozen of them because they are very easy to misplace.They are cheap enough - if you're a snorer, they are worth a shot!

I definitely snore less and breath much easier through my nose when wearing this at night. I like that they come in a 20 pack because they are easy to lose.

These are a GODSEND! I had used the cone inserts, the inserts that flare out like butterfly wings, strips, etc. None of them worked, and some were even painful! These are barely noticeable and I breathe easy the entire night. On days I have congestion I even wear them during the day and they open my sinuses up like a teeny tiny miracle. Best discovery ever for my sleep quality.

I don't like because that hurt my nouse and I still snore.

A complete waste of money, and uncomfortable. Nowhere on the packaging does it show how to position this product, which leads me to believe the manufacturer does not want to make specific claims of effectiveness. When researching snoring, products with PROVEN effectiveness focus on the back of the mouth and tongue because problems in this area cause snoring. Anatomically, it does not make sense that ANYTHING at the tip of the nose would stop snoring.

Seems to work so far. Easy to place and is comfortable. I have many backups now. Easy to clean and can be taken anywhere in the little carrying case that comes with them.
