TCL C715 QLED 65 TV is value buy but don’t expect superior audio quality. Picture quality is also not as claimed for QLED. Take adjudged decision before buy.

It's the best TV with respect to the price you are paying for it in a QLED 65 inch TV category. Colors and detail are exceptional. Few issues I ran into are. 1.peak brightness of the display is low,this effects TV performance if you use it a brightly lit room during the day. 2.noticeable banding thats supposed to get better with time because its a new display. 3. Android TV performance has noticeable lags, same issue with Google assistant too. 4. Tcl remote doesn't have a mute button and dedicated tcl channel key cannot be reprogrammed.

The product is good and delivered on time but the installation guy turned up only after 4 days and he was not a professional guys he did not no anything abt tv installation I had to send him back and get the installation by tcl service centre guys very bad service on installation part

No return or exchange is possible, even if buying a nearly identical TV or even a higher end model from Amazon. What Amazon is selling as “Return or Exchange within 10 Days” is in fact just the warranty that covers defective or damaged products anyway, that too by TCL and certainly not Amazon.So there is in fact no return or exchange on this TV. Yes, this buyer should have been more aware, but the sales headline is, if not an outright deception, at the very least designed to mislead those who would trust a merchant to mean what they claim. The TV is fine. Just wanted one smaller to better fit the space.Customer service is horrendous and misleading (repeating for emphasis), caught in loop of their devising designed to prevent the customer from reaching anyone actually capable of helping with a return or even an exchange. One customer service agent hung up rather than transfer the call to his supervisor. One expects better than this from Amazon. Next major appliance purchase will be from Flipkart or a known local shop. Why benefit a callous, unaccountable, multinational hegemon when even value and convenience are lacking?

After using the TV for about three months I decided to use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi so that I can have better network for 4K streaming. But after trying to connect multiple patch cords(All of which worked with my laptop). When I talked to their so called "technical support" and told them everything they actually asked me to send them the pictures of all the cables I have tried and make a video connecting the cable and send that video to them instead of offering to send a technician to have a look.For the rest my review after using the TV for almost four monthsCons first:- After using for some time Google voice assistant fails to respond when you say "OK Google" without the remote in front of your face: This TV is supposed to have a far field microphone.- It won't come up when you specifically say "OK Google" but somehow it manages to come up on it's own when you are watching something on any of the Apps. This is very irritating and you will have to search for remote to close it every now and then.- Sound is not quite up to the mark, The way they have been bragging about Dolby Atmos etc the speakers could have been of better quality.- It does support dolby atmos output to your home theatre but the android itself doesn't support dolby atmos processing, so you may not see any enhancement until till you are running a home theatre with that feature.Pros:- looks good- picture quality is good or should I say, value for money.- virtual surround sound processing sounds good with the internal speakers, but it would have been great have the speakers been of little better quality

It's okay overall. But QLED effect is not all there. I don't find any difference between ordinary LED TV and QLED TV. QLED features are not satisfactory.

Frankly i have Sony and Samsung tv at home.. i bought this coz of price.. but it's amazing.. totally worth it..Works with alexa and google assistant. Picture quality is perfect.. you need a good internet though ..
