No service in the UK
I have this machine for 3 years and steam valve started to leak, there is no support. Solis officially doesn't do anything in the UK, so you should avoid it at all costs. They don't have a partner to repair it here, sending to Germany is expensive and they don't send parts to the UK due to Brexit.
