Product the thing I was looking for shame about the damage to both of them. The customer service was spot on this could be down to the courier service its a great freezer at a great price.

The only good thing I can write is the delivery was quick, but that's where it ends. The item arrived damaged. Dents to the door, top and the hinge to open the door was cracked. Accepted my return as provided photos. Sent me a returns label, but how am I meant to get freezer to the post office to return? If I use another carrier it will come out of the money that will be refunded. So I have to oay to send something back thar should have arrived without damage. I even asked for this to be collected.

Plenty of storage space, quiet and fits under my counters.

The reason I have given this freezer 3 stars the delivery driver was so nasty and rude, I asked if he could put the freezer inside the door he said no, I asked him a second time, he said no and walked away. I have had other bulky items from Amazon, drivers have been really pleasant and helpful. That said, it is a lovely little freezer, I love the colour, it fits nicely in my little kitchen.
