SQ Professional Durane Halogen Oven - 12-17L - 1400W - Covection Oven-Air Fryier

This is a great oven it came well boxed and was bigger than I expected, It's easy to set up, and looks great on the counter top, I baked off a couple of pies (I just followed times and temp from the pie box). It cooked them beautifully the pastry did not dry out, the air circulation baked the bottoms lovely too. The timer is a boon. Tonight I cooked 2 escallops a lasagne and some left over mashed potato all in different dishes all in together using the wire stands turned it on for 30 mins and all came out perfect. The important thing to understand with these ovens IS to use it as you would a normal oven. Having read so many reviews, where people were complaining about there no being a recipe book, I say did you get one with your big oven? There are plenty of ideas on you-tube. The booklet enclosed explains perfectly how to use the oven. THE BIG benefit here is the bowl it's glass so is the top, so you don't need to open or lift the lid until it's all cooked (just watch as it all cooks) So there will never be any loss of heat. You use the handle (it has a clip) to start and stop, and it's easy to clean. The lead is not too long a good 24 inches so does not get in the way and the accessories provided are all you need really as you can use your normal tins and dishes I have an old chip basket I removed the handle and cook chips in that, the extender ring increases the capacity from 12 to 17 litres, so you can cook big batches, the steamer ring I think you can use for pizza's as it has air holes. No need to preheat unless your baking cakes or bread. This oven is perfect for cooking for 1, up to 4 or 5 people. So what are you waiting for, ditch the microwave (not healthy and to make room for this oven) well done Durane 1st class.

bought this machine and im never using my oven to cook in again. the food comes out cooked really fab. i cooked some fish fingers and oven chips in it. the chips were really crispy and so delicious, way better than having been cooked in a huge oven. the fish fingers were to die for the breadcrumbs were so crisp and the fish in the middle was succulent infact you could even taste the different fish that had been used to make them. best thing ive ever bought. plus the machine can self clean. no more scrubbing out any more big ovens. and you could easily cook a extra large chicken in it along with ya roasts and yorkshires. and can steam all ya veg too. you can put anything in it that you can put in a ordinary oven.

Easy to use, i use it to cook anything i would do in a normal oven, roasting, baking etc. It even has a self-clean function. Fab little machine.

Its easy to use, not too heavy for me to use, which is a big thing for me, its got enough space for me and my family 2 adults & 2 kids, I'm just getting started with what I can cook but up to now its worked well for me. Very good value for money & fast delivery, I love it

The thing cooks fine until it goes wrong. Returning it was a bit awkward but Amazon were very helpful. Unfortunately after a few weeks I still haven't had my refund. It has to be noted that this is because of the seller and not Amazon. Not the normal quality service we have come to expect from Amazon and Amazon re sellers. Three weeks of stalling and still no refund.

I've bought this as a replacement for a halogen oven that packed in after only 8 months, not only is it over £30 cheaper than the previous one it's far better, it cooks quicker and my bacon actually had some crispness which the previous oven never achieved. Very happy with my purchase

My second one, I use every day its cheaper to use than the oven and faster. It does all that an air fryer can do for a lot cheaper, I would recommend this item, so easy to use and clean
