Bought this for my 5 year old son for his 5th birthday and loved it. Fantastic sounds and laser red eyes . But unfortunately our puppy chewed it's foot off. My son was really upset about it. For it was his first superman doll. I highly recommend this superman doll.

All my son (3) wanted for Christmas was a Superman toy. Believe it or not, there is not a huge, interesting selection of them. So when I ran across one that lit up and talked, I was very happy and purchased it right away (I had not seen the movie Batman vs. Superman). Well, when he arrived right before Christmas, I pushed Superman's button to see what he said, assuming that it was Superman and it would be nice, superhero phrases. Well, the phrases he uses are not the equivalent to my son's Daniel Tiger and Toy Story toys that my son continually repeats as he plays. After Superman said "Batman your bullets are no match for me" I decided that I did not want my son going around saying these phrases and that it would take away his innocent view of Superman. So, I ended up taking out the batteries and just gave him the boring figure that did not light up or talk. Because it was so close to Christmas, I did not have time to send back.So this is a cool talking, light up figure for older kids, but probably not for a 3 year old who loves superheroes.

This batman toy is awesome. My grandson loves it. He sleeps with it. It talks. Really nice xmass gift

This was a birthday gift for my grandson, who specifically requested this action figure. He loved it.

It came with dead batteries which I didn't know until my son opened it for his birthday very concerned that it didn't work...other than that it is a nice toy, I gave I three stars because imagine a child's face when he opens a toy all excited and then moments later is crushed thinking that it is broken...hopefully new batteries with help

Bought for 4yr old grandson as surprise. He loved it. Now he wants all his super heroes to talk as well but unfortunately they don’t.

The cape seems to be more of a glider. It arrived with the existing batteries dead so it's obviously been tested quite a bit. Otherwise seems like a sturdy toy!
