Moultrie Pro Hunter II Metal Barrel Tripod Feeder, Choose Model

Great feeder, confusing description!
Update, took almost two months to get a funnel and after thinking how bad of a connection the alligator clips seemed to be, I cut them off and installed female slipons/fastons that won't come off easily. The description is very confusing. It says it includes an adjustable funnel so I assumed it included the optional plastic funnel like the pro magnum feeder uses but no kind of funnel was included so I had to spend more money for that. The funnel is an absolute requirement or the feed will not all empty and will rot on the bottom of the barrel if left over time. After reading reviews about how bad it was to fill this feeder because of the height, I just simply did not use one box of legs and can pour a bag of corn in it while standing on the ground. I am also planning on buying a cheap 1/2 socket and ratchet to leave on the feeder to remove/install the lid so I don't have to remember to bring one every time. I might change out the bolt to a smaller one with a wing nut so no tool would be needed. Pretty sure the barrel is going to rust. It was pretty scratched up from shipping.

Already Rusting
Already rusting and I’ve only had it a couple months. Holds water on the top so I’m sure it will rust more. Didn’t ship in box or packaging so it’s scratches to heck and dented. Could have a better screw system so don’t have to use a flathead to open the securing band. A screw with a wing nut attached would be good for not having to bring a screw driver to fill it. Corn sits in bottom so make sure you get the funnel.

Well made
Not sure why I'll ever need to remove my feeder timer/spin plate assembly in 2 seconds
