I like the size and the speed of this computer, but there is NO DVD Burner as advertised! I see several other people have complained about this issue as well, so it is a FREQUENT problem. Other family members were going to order this same computer, but I have told them to keep looking as there is false advertising.

takes up less space than my previous dell desktop. so far so good, quick delivery.Cheap dvd player installed, feel like I need to handle with care. The dvd tray doesn't have a full bottom tray to hold the dvd's. see picsome windows issues, only 1 compatibility problem related to some older Dell speakers, A215, that I used on my last Win10 pc...crackling noise intermittently. Dislike Windows auto "onedrive" storage as I store everything on an external drive. also a problem installing 1 Dell update . see pic. Can't fault the vendor for these issues obviously but added them here fyi.

2 complaints:1. power button is invisible, black on black. I painted it white with white out so now it is fine.2. it was easy to hook up the computer despite terrible directions with no words and very tiny images, no manual.

The machine as shipped does not have a DVD/Optical Drive. Seller will work with you on this issue. There seems to be some sort of 'secret' or problem with finding a Dell, internal optical drive with the matching faceplate, etal, ETC.Be prepared for a fiasco.ADDED: Also, the machine was nearly a week late arriving, and when it did arrive, it had all sorts of UPS 're-route' stickers on it as if someone had sent it to the wrong address initially. That added to the sour experience of not having a DVD drive as advertised.

Fast ship and great product, working better than the last (which I purchased directly from Dell! -very upsetting). Thank you for your service.

Needs more than 8 RAM. Blender keeps crashing.

Great pc, a little smaller than my old old but, works great! The only small problem is the 'dvd' player is a little flimsy.

Computer did not arrive with DVD Burner installed as stated in description -- contacted seller and they immediately shipped the component which I installed. Very satisfied with purchase.
