Amazing pan. Cannot recommend it enough. I have started to use sourdough and I have switched from non- stick to cast iron because I wanted no chemicals in my food. I am making pizza every fortnight, pancakes and tortilla very often. Once you get used to cast iron, you do not want to go back to non- stick. Great pan without the branding price tag. This is how it looks after months of using.

I haven’t used it, but I did oil it all over even the handle. It took good amount of oil, i used sunflower oil and a brush. I put it in the oven face down and turn it on for 1h. Dont put it in hot oven because temperature difference and might crack.After i wiped the it dry and i think its ready to use. Don't use it before you oil it. Look at the difference in the pictures. I love it. Hopefully its good.

I wanted a pan/ tawa to make roti. I was looking for a pan that I can easoly clean and keep in good condition for longer. I wanted to give cast iron a try . I'm very happily my purchase so far. Very sturdy and looks good too. Easy to maintain.

I bought it as used from amazon resale. It was in bad condition but it was good for £13. I cleaned it and seasoned it again. It’s really good for thin pancakes.I purchased it from Amazon’s resale section as a used item. Although it was in poor condition, it was still a great deal for £13. Horrible pan, welsh cakes was ruined I will stick to my own pan thanks and I ordered green and got black!

Great buy. The pan is well constructed, obviously on the heavier side (as every cast iron utensil should be). As long as you take care of it - wash with soap and immediately heat it up and spread some oil on it to prevent rusting - it should serve you will for years. I've tried making dosas, chapattis, phulkas, cutlets, etc - with good success. It's a versatile pan and works very well. The handle gets very hot as it is just an extension of the pan itself, and the silicon cover provided helps, but please note it can still get really hot.

la poêle est lourde à utiliser mais normal c'est de la fonte. le support de poignée chaude est le bien venu car hyper pratique. elle se nettoie facilement en l'essuyant bien après utilisation.

Davvero una gran bella padella in ghisa, perfetta per piadine, tortillas, pancakes, crepes e omelette! Basta prendersene cura, come e' scritto, per non farla rovinare.

Zeer goede pan Ik heb wel 6 maal pan ingebakken. Beetje werk maar super resultaat
