Fast ship, good product.. But the raspberry flavor is bland. It is definitely not worth the higher price tag. I actually prefer their original flavor of orange. The orange is much more palatable.

My husband works in the medical field so he’s around all the sickness and crud all the time. I have a very low immune system so we both take these and these are the BEST we rarely get sick. I personally mix them in water or my smoothies my husband he puts his in his tea. I guess you can mix them in anything you want. But just open them and put it in whatever trips your fancy. And they mix very well no clumps and no after taste. They smell good too

Some of the packages were dried up. The flavor is great. Gives me all my vitamin c for the day! Very easy to drink cause the flavor is so good! Did get alot for the price. Quality was good.

I add this to my large water bottle and sip it over several hours. Vitamin C can upset your stomach if you take a high dose at one time, so that’s why I sip it. That also allows for better absorption of the vitamin C. I the taste of it, and it kind of tastes like raspberry lemonade. Dissolve it in your water first and stir well before adding ice. We are a homeschool family, and I am around a lot of children other than my own. I use this during flu and cold season and when traveling to support my immune system.
