Long and strong
The bands are long enough (I am 5ft 9) and strong enough. I enjoy using them for strength exercises, stretching and yoga. The only issue is that l do not notice significant difference in strength between the different bands. Overall, I am pleased.

Brilliant
I have osteoarthritis and was given one of these bands to do exercises with but over time it wore out so finding these on the Amazon Website was great. I now have four colours to chose from and I am able to cut them into what size I need and for what purpose. I thoroughly recommend them.

I NEEDED RESIST BANDS FOR MY ZOOM CLASSES AND FOUND THESE EXCELLENT - DEPENDING ON HOW STRONG I FEEL I USE DIFFERENT RESISTANT ONES - AND BECAUSE THEY ARE LENGTHS RATHER THAN BANDS YOU CAN MAKE THEM AS LARGE OR SMALL AS YOU WANT - REALLY LIKE THEM

Bought for my dad after a stroke
He had a stroke and was recommended these for light exercise to help build up the weaker side and coordination. Hes been using regularly and appreciated the purchase so would recommend

Great but unmarked
These are great. Do what they are meant to. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the bands are not marked so I had to go back on the advert to find out what strengths they were. I will probably forget if I don't use them for a while so i might write it on them myself.

Well made, resilient resistance bands
Great product at a terrific price.The resistance bands are a good length and colour coded for the individual strengths. Strong and consistent. We especially liked the carry bag that they came in, a nice little addition.

Good resistance, not very thick so don’t know how long they will last. Bright colours.
