How does it connect to a tv?

First, please make sure that the TV is a smart TV with BlueTooth capabilities. If so, under your Bluetooth settings you would pair the speaker and then you would go into your audio settings and change the audio output to "external BlueTooth speakers" once you have done this, it should play from the device.

Can you pair with a Roku tv?

Yes, the speakers are able to be paired with any Bluetooth-enabled smart TV. First, you must make sure the speaker you are trying to pair with your TV has been deleted from each device it has been paired to. Once this is completed, turn your speaker on and make sure your TV's Bluetooth is on. If you have a hard time finding the speaker quickly double-click on the speaker's power button, this makes the speaker is able to be discovered by your TV. Connect the speaker to your TV, once they are connected you will need to go into your settings under audio output and switch it from the TV output to "speaker".
