I purchased two XSBOOM speakers, silver for me and black for my husband. The sound quality of the iPad is weak, and we wanted better sound for our Prime movies and series. After researching, I took a chance on XSBOOM because of the product price and the good reviews on Amazon. We both love our XSBOOMS. We have Bose speakers in our living room sound system. The XSBOOM is equal in power to the pricier Bose. I'm usually the person who sets up technology in our home, and the XSBOOM directions were easy to follow. I am lame but adventurous, and my husband is more lame and less adventurous. He was amazed at the speed of set up, and the quality of sound from such a small package. He now juices up his speaker on his computer, puts it in his pocket for man cave use, and then catches up on his TV football with no sound as he watches Amazon's Man in the High Castle on his iPad with stellar sound.

This cute little device is a delight. Beautifully designed with a distortion free sound that belies its tiny size.Now obviously don't expect to get thumping bass and nuanced treble out of this little champ but for a diminutive speaker that you can pack in your backpack (or shove it in your pocket if you are so inclined), it can add just the right volume of music to your next campfire, next to your bed, in your study or on your deck.My only regret - I did not get couple of these during the lightning deal on Amazon Prime Day.

We bought three of these for Christmas gifts. Two were given to adult children and I kept one for myself. At first I loved it, the size, sound and convenience but after two months, like many other reviews I have read, it would shut down completely. I know it had a total charge as I charged it every night. I would turn it back on and it would last for maybe five minutes and then shut down again. I am so frustrated and I miss this little speaker and I'm ready to use it for a paper weight or just toss it. Time to buy something (maybe a Bose) more dependable. What a waste of money!!

The XSBOOM is performing as I'd hoped it would. I'm using it to play satellite radio and as a hands free device for my phone. It's small size fits where I want it to and still gives me the performance I need. It's portability is great and works like a champ. Sound quality, even at high volumes, is very good; not tinny or raspy. I would recommend this piece of gear for someone who wants to take a speaker with them but doesn't want it to take up very much space. The only negative comment I have is that if it is paired with my phone and I leave the car, it doesn't automatically pair up again when I return. You have to cycle power in order for it to re-sync (or I'm missing something). Other than that, a super speaker and a great deal.

This worked well when it worked. But the wireless connection was intermittent and, in the end, it was more trouble than it was worth with my Apple devices. Great tech support from the seller who tried to help me out, but I could not get it to consistently operate as advertised. I'm fairly device literate and still found myself frustrated with its operation. Even when I hooked it up to the cable, it would not always work. Sound was awesome when it did connect.

Hardly used. Sits in a drawer. Batteries seem to die a strange points. Wasn't very loud and getting it to work was confusing a not intuitive. Carrying bag it came with was too small and difficult to use with the two cords. The whole thing was just kind of a mess and I stopped using it after a week.

it quit working after I used it ONCE!!! I put in my cupboard, came back December 1, 2015. Bought it in September 2015 and it won't charge or play my music. I wrote the company and asked for another one and have heard NOTHING! I was hoping they would be honorable and send me another since they are on Amazon. but no such luck. So I'm out my money and have nothing to play my music on. DON"T BUY IT!!!!!

The size is ideal, making it portable and space-saving on any surface (which also reduces the look of clutter). The color options are also classy in any setting. Even the packaging was done with care (a velvet sack for the accessories and a nifty black box for the speaker--wow!). The bottom has rubber padding so that it doesn't slide easily but stays in place (a 'must' with kids around...or clumsy adults). Very easy to use, with simple set-up instructions. Offers good sound.

Good - after a disappointment. Free next day delivery worked well, but speaker was missing from box! Returned at no cost and very little hassle and replacement ordered which arrived next day. Product as expected - don't expect hi-fi and you won't be disappointed, it's perfect for a little quiet background music

Really cute little speaker, love the packaging, will fit into the smallest little space in my luggage fully protected. Good value, good sound. Many others do not supply charger, this does in the price. Am chuffed....

This is brilliant! I'm listening to an audible book as I write; warm and natural. I've listened to some classical music too and for its size it exceeds expectation. Easy to set up right away and definitely easy to travel with. I'm buying another right away.

Lasted 3 weeks didn't charge

It did not work . it thought it was charged even after 12 hours it would not go from red to blue
