You need topes in your kitchen!
I’m so glad I discovered topes/dubbas! Being able to go straight from the fridge to stovetop is such a timesaver, and they work with induction. I’ve also been trying to take plastic out of my everyday life, and these are a great option. Get yourself some topes!

Works on induction. Very stackable, and double as mixing or serving bowls.
I bought this set of cookware because I moved to a kitchen where I basically have only one cupboard for cookware, and needed an extremely-stackable set of pots and pans that would also work on an induction hotplate. These work very nicely for that purpose. I was also trying to get into making some fermented foods, like idly, and these double very nicely as fermenting bowls in the refrigerator overnight. The lids are flat, and you can stack one dish on top of the other in the refrigerator to save space there, too. It is a little hard to get used to using the lids on the hot pans, though, without a handle to lift them off. These are very sturdy, have not warped with use, as some of my other pans have done in the past, and use little storage space. I wish they had a few larger sizes, like 5 quart and 8 quart, so I could do spaghetti, or a large batch of chilli. I would readily buy them, if I could find them.
