Dead crickets
Will never purchase from them again. All the crickets were dead and I had to rush out to get new ones at a far away pet store to feed to my baby reptiles. I wrote for a refund & got no answer. I have never had that problem with insects being delivered and the weather temps were cool. I wouldn't even give them one star but you are required to.
