For two people
Iโve always enjoyed slow cooking, but after downsizing to a smaller home, I found that my large slow cooker was just too big for the two of us. It took a lot of time to heat up, and since I only ever cook small meals, I felt like I was wasting a lot of energy and water. I also usually use the leftover liquid to make gravy, but it seemed excessive for smaller portions. After reading through a number of reviews, I chose this Crockpot for its ideal size for two people. It comes with a solid two-year warranty, the pot is dishwasher safe (though I prefer to wash it by hand to keep it in good condition!), and the price is competitive for the quality. The glass lid fits securely, and while it has a small vent hole, the cooker still performs well. I also like that itโs stable, with a cord thatโs long enough for convenience. Unlike my large cooker, this one doesnโt get the countertop too hot, and thereโs just enough liquid left to make gravy without too much waste. I've used it a few times to cook smaller joints, around 500g, and the results have been fantastic. The first time, I cooked the joint for 5 hours on low and kept it on warm for an additional hour. It came out tender, but the meat was a little too soft to slice cleanly. Next time, I plan to cut the cooking time to around 3-4 hours and let it rest before serving to keep the texture just right. Overall, Iโm really impressed with this slow cooker. Itโs well-constructed, fairly priced, and does an excellent job. The only downside is that thereโs no light to show when itโs on, but thatโs a minor issue compared to all the positive features. I particularly appreciate the 'keep warm' setting, which is handy for keeping the food at the right temperature without overcooking. Iโm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this slow cooker.

Small but Mighty Slow Cooker, Perfect for Two or More
I really like this Crock-Pot slow cooker. Everything in the title is accurate - the removable ceramic bowl is easy to clean, and it works exactly as expected. I wasnโt quite prepared for the weight since Iโve always used metal liners before, but itโs manageable. The 2.4 L size is more than enough for meals for two, and itโs helped me get into the habit of prepping โdump bagsโ so I can come home to a cooked meal. I paired it with an Alexa-controlled energy monitoring plug, which gives me the scheduling functions of more expensive models - I can even adapt the schedule while Iโm out of the house. Pros: โข Removable, easy-to-clean ceramic bowl โข Compact but has enough capacity for two+ people โข Works well with smart plugs for remote scheduling โข Reliable and consistent cooking Cons: โข Heavier than expected if used to metal liners โข Small size may not suit larger households Overall, a practical, efficient, and well-made slow cooker. Perfect for two-person meals and very convenient when paired with smart scheduling tools.

Great little slo cooker
This is an ideal slo cooker for one or two people .. I already have two slo cookers that are much bigger, but I tend to use this one all the time now I think itโs very good value for money . Cleans easily and fits well in the dishwasher .. I would say even on high it does seem to take a long time to heat so I would suggest you perhaps cook things for a bit longer than you would normally. I would definitely recommend.

Well made, an ideal size for two cooks well.
I cook a Sunday lunch every week and I already have a large slow cooker. However, since my daughters have got their own houses I only cook a small joint for my wife and myself. My large slow cooker is too large and requires a lot of water to heat up. Also, I use the water for making gravy afterwards and it seemed a waste when I only used a small fraction of it. After reading reviews on various makes of small slow cookers I decided on this crockpot one because it is an ideal size for two people, has a two year guarantee, the pot is dishwasher safe (although I always wash it by hand anyway!) and its price is competitive. The glass lid fits well and although it has a small vent hole it still cooks well. I found the cooker to be stable and the lead sufficiently long. Unlike my large slow cooker, this one does not cause the worktop underneath to get hot. There is still plenty of liquid left to make gravy but it is more concentrated and there is less waste. I've used it twice now to cook 500g topside joints. The results were very impressive, in fact I think I cooked them for rather too long especially the second time where it was difficult to slice the joint because it was so tender it tended to fall apart rather than slice. I cooked it for 5 hours on 'low' and then switched the cooker to 'warm' for about one and a half hours. I'll cook a joint for less time (maybe 3 - 4 hours) in future and leave it to stand for an hour. I'm very pleased with the slow cooker, it is well made, reasonably priced and cooks superbly. The only negative is, as others have said, it doesn't have a light to indicate it is on but the other features outweigh this so I can live without it. I particularly like that it has a 'keep warm' setting. I presume this is a lower setting than the 'low' one. I'm very happy to recommend this slow cooker.

Compact and good looking (The Crockpot not me)
Ever since my old mini slow cooker was decided to be surplus to requirement by my late wife I have missed a slow cooker of this size. I have a large Breville slow cooker which is great for batch cooking a large stew but I wanted something more suited to me on my own now. This Crock Pot fits the bill perfectly. I particularly like the fluting on the rim of the ceramic pot which allows condensate to run back into the pot, rather than collect on the rim and make the lid rattle as the Breville does (I can't hear it being deaf but it drove my wife bonkers). I would have preferred a "Auto" setting, as well as the usual, high, low, warm - in fact for me it would have been a better feature than the warm. But I am not going to be churlish and downgrade it for that. This is lightweight and small enough to fit in my Comfee counter top Dishwasher (Available on Amazon and highly recommended) without taking up the whole basket like its bigger cousin. So far I have only used this once but now the colder weather is drawing close it will be getting far more use for making meals that will be ready when I eventually roll in from work It seems a nice, quality item and takes up very little counter/cupboard space. If you live alone or there are two of you, this will be an ideal size for well portioned meals or for cooking a small joint of meat slowly. Very pleased with my purchase. Yes we did find a work around for the Breville lid rattle, a tea spoon handle shoved under the edge of the lid!

Best thing ever
Bought this for myself and my dad for nice cooked meals, can't stop using it. Makes all meats so soft and can make multiple things would say very easy to use light weight, easy cleaning only small but does hold a lot of say chicken or meat seared in a pan. Very strong , heat settings are spot on and can be used for anything deffo would recommend to anyone

A really cute, dear little crockpot.
I have used it to cook a kilo of baby Octopus. Cover and bring to bubbling for about 1 hour in Campbells vegetable stock with chuck size piece of lemon, from my garden, two large bayleaves, handful of dried Onion from Amazon, fresh parsley stalks and leaves. Place into a sterilised glass jar. This dear little Crockpot is a perfect size for such a project. My marinade... Chivers Regal Port. The best! Soooo yummy. You will need to purchase a plug adaptor for Australia. Crockpot ships from Britain but worth it. Love it.

Terrific small slow cooker
Once again, very fast efficient delivery, cooks really well, looks small, but good for 2 to 6 serves depending on food cooked. Love it.
