Heats evenly and non-stick. I have only used this pan to make pancakes. The large spatula is perfect for flipping a pancake without making a mess. The pan has a quality feel to it and is sturdy. The spatula has performed well with pancakes over the few months that I have been using it. Very happy with this purchase!

I bought this to replace my 27 year old one that was warped. Perfect for pancakes, eggs, and the spatula is huge! Cooks evenly, lots of room, easy to clean. Highly recommend!!

i really love this new griddle. the heat distribution is even & it has many uses. i mainly need it for grilling sandwiches but it is also great for breakfast foods like pancakes & eggs. it is versatile & is easy to clean. very durable & well made. great value for the money.

Sturdy and well made but nonstick coating might need conditioned with oil often or before use. I conditioned with oil and it worked great for quesidila and grilled cheese but after washing griddle one time tried frying an egg and it stuck and was in pieces. I broke the yolk for an egg sandwich but disappointed how it turned out. Maybe I had the temperature too high? I reconditioned with oil again and fried an egg right afterwards following the pan directions to preheat 2 to 3 minutes on low before raising temperature to fry an egg. I was able to flip the egg easier but it probably won't be my first choice for frying eggs. I'm not sure how it will work for pancakes or French toast so it might be trial and error or just conditioning the griddle more often.

The surface is not perfectly flat. You can still make pancakes and omelets but you have to tilt the pan a little until the base is set. The pan sits on the stovetop with no problem. I bought a cheaper one that would fall over on a stovetop because the handle that was so heavy in comparison to the thin cooking surface. I am very pleased with the pan given the price point. The hit distribution is good, which is my main concern. The only weakness is that the cooking surface is not perfectly flat. This is easy to work around and what I would expect from a budget pan. I have only had it around a month but I use it frequently and so far it looks and performs like new.

I love the griddle. Great for eggs, pancakes, french toast and grilled sandwiches. I can fit 4 pancakes on the griddle but only 3 on a 10” skillet. I don’t expect non-stick pans to last forever but this one has a good finish and I expect it to last longer than others I’ve had. I have no use for the extra large spatula. It only works for very large pancakes.

I've had this for a while now and it's lasting. Non-stick surface is holding up and is have warped. If has good temperature distribution.

I'm pleased with this purchase. I've made pancakes on it weekly for my granddaughter. I didn't want an expensive pan...nor a cheap one that would warp. This is perfect. Easy to clean. Heat distribution is perfect. We love making pancakes together.
