These socks are really comfortable. The band around the instep of the foot feels really good while walking . The extra padding around the ankle is really nice .I feel these socks are of good quality and I will buy again. The price is a fair price for the quality and how many you get in a package.

Not overly cushioned! Style wise Low enough yet tall enough to protect your ankles from rubbing against your shoes. They fit well but I don't think they're 100% cotton. All-in-all they do not make your feet sweat.Less expensive than big name brands.

They are so comfortable, easy to wash perfect height light weight and don't make your feet sweat so performance is on par. Seem to be very durable these are great socks and well worth the price. Highly recommended jblair

Very comfortable great fit

In my later years, I have noticed that I am finding it harder to go on long walks/hikes without suffering from blisters, regardless of shoes I wear or socks (at least among the numerous pairs I already owned). On a whim, I looked to see if there were such a thing as anti-blister socks and lo-and-behold! There WAS.But which pairs to buy? Luckily many others had already done the research for me, all I needed to do was read enough reviews from real world users that helped my decision aim towards the TANSTC Mens Socks. What did it for me was a review by an older person who had diabetes and needed something to help them do their daily walks of 4-5 miles. First off, kudos to them for walking so far, and second, they truly helped tip the scales for me and decide to buy these.I've been happy ever since. I've been able to walk blister free for over a week now and, although they may not remove the pain of walking long distances in my feet and my hips, those blasted blisters haven't come back, even a little bit. I consider that a win-win.Now, with that being said the photos make these look like they ride higher up my ankle than they actually do. In truth, they are just a shade above being those anklet socks that you cannot really see with shoes on. And I might add...I HATE those socks. But in all honesty, these have managed to stay put and not slip beneath my heels, which has been my issue with those lower, no-show socks that seem to be popular these days. I really, REALLY dislike those. These aren't THAT low...and the heel portion being thicker and having a bit of a lip helps immensely. They are comfortable and fit great for me.In short, I love my socks. I haven't been able to say that for a mighty long time regarding socks...if ever. I'll definitely be ordering more in the future.

I really like the way they look, and they're definitely comfortable. But if you plan on wearing them during workouts of any significant intensity, frequency, or duration be prepared to replace them often. Granted I wear mine often but the heel/sole area of the socks develop holes with alarming frequency, to the point where I'm basically needing to resupply every 3 months. May have to take a break from these and see if I can find socks that are more durable.

I'm size 9, ordered 6 to 9, if I had known I would have bought 9 to 11, as they are tight on feet, but excellent quality, will definitely buy again, but as stated bigger in size.
