i have been using Alta magnesium chloride for years and it is the best. i heard about this on a podcast and thought i would try it. it doesn't work, in fact i feel like my insomnia was worse.

Best magnesium ever!
I’ve tried a ton of magnesium forms, and this is the best I’ve ever tried hands down! I slept amazing while taking it.I knocked down two stars, because this is only 15 days worth, or less if you take 3. I love the convenience of Amazon, but it’s the same price for twice as much on the upgraded website. I’ll be purchasing directly from there unless the price changes here.
