This thing is actually really great I have trouble getting muscle cramps on my leg sometimes. All I need to do is grab this and run it up and down the Spot a few times and it goes away it’s very helpful to stop those crabs in their tracks. I have a lot of back problems and it helps with that as well I would definitely recommend it it’s a handy tool to have around.

Another awesome product from Pso-rite. This is a solid massage stick that has interchangeable pieces that allow you to personalize how you use your stick. Excellent to use after cardio days when you’re cooling down. The bit of hot pink mixed with the black makes it a good looking piece of equipment.

Pretty overpriced for what it is. Good for your quads but other than that it’s pretty useless. Save your $40 and invest in a wireless mechanical massager.

I slept funny the other night and really f’d my neck. By the end of the day I was in excruciating pain. I got home and used this wand for about 5 minutes. My neck hurt too much to care to continue. Lol. Well that 5 minutes saved about 5 days of pain. Normally the pain from a tweaked neck lasts about 7-10 days. Mine is almost completely gone after day 3.
