I actually just started taking this product but I feel it is a good choice. I take every morning with my other vitamins. I really can't compare to other products that are on the same level as I haven't taken a B vitamin like this before.

Great product, Contains METHYLTECOBALAMIN, in some bottles instead of the cyanocbalamin. I had order this twice and one bottle had the methyltecobalamin and the other bottle had cyanocbalamin. but when i went back to look at this product i noticed that there is different ingredients on the lables of the bottles. So i figured i needed to look for a product that doesn't deviate so drastically. Plus they were hard to swallow and the taste and smell was rough.

These tablets are HUGE and a bit difficult to swallow. Other brands have the same ingredients and are much easier to swallow.
