I normally get my vitamin D naturally through the sun for at least seven months out of the year. But as soon as autumn arrives, the sun is not powerful enough to give me the vitamin D my body needs. Though, I still have yet to get my blood tested to see if this product has raised my levels into the ‘normal’ range. Yet for the short term, I have definitely noticed a positive improvement in my overall health and it is even helping me to combat my insomnia which is due to low vitamin D levels! This product is pleasant to use and has a very nice minty taste that is not too sweet nor bitter. I also like the ease of application. I spray it directly underneath my tongue and keep it there for 20 seconds and swallow. Afterwards, you’ll start to feel the sensation of this vitamin D do its work! Best of all, this product contains approximately 100 doses of spray. This bottle will last for a solid three months if you use just one spray each day. I highly recommend this vitamin D as it’s affordable, effective and very easy to use! I will definitely be buying more!

After almost 20 years of having way too low Vit D this is the ONLY supplement that has gotten my levels up into the normal range. So easy - just a quick spray each morning (while I'm making my coffee), and it tastes good!

I'm perpetually vitamin D deficient and for whatever reason capsules and tablets don't do much at least according to labs. The spray mechanism works well and the actual spray isn't gross-tasting. It has a generic sweet taste, it reminds me of sweet tea a bit but with a light little puff of mint. It doesn't leave an aftertaste or any weird texture behind.

WORKS LIKE CRAZY! I have difficulty getting enough vitamin D3 from my diet, so i must supplement. Swallowing a pill just gets broken down in the gut, so I rely on liposomal delivery. Im gradually raising my D3 level with consistent daily sprays. I choose to do 9-10,000 units/day (3 sprays) to bump up my level. REMEMBER TO NOT EAT OR DRINK ANYTHING FOR 20 MINUTES BEFORE/AFTER TAKING.

The flavor sucks lol its like old spearmint gum in a purse. But! I will continue to use this everyday. It really makes a difference in my anxiety, depression and general well-being. I love it. Maybe a new flavor though? Please? Lol

Absolutely love this range of BetterYou vitamins. This Vitamin D supplement is in a small bottle, easily popped into handbags, makeup bags etc. The pump action works smoothly and reliably so far. Just one spray daily is recommended to the inside of cheek. The taste is also ok! Not too strong, in fact it’s quite pleasant and no bitter aftertaste. The delivery was super fast and the price was so much lower than from high street retailers. I would recommend this to others :). far better than tablet form for me.
