Worth every penny!
Best purchase I have made off amazon to date, (besides maybe the industrial cotton candy maker). I bought this because my house is kinda small for a regular dishwasher and recent arm surgery left me trying to do dishes one handed. Wanted something easy to use and store if needed That didn’t necessarily need hooked up to the main line, so this was the solution. I have used this two times a day every day since I got it and I’m amazed at how clean the dishes come out if I could rate it 10 stars I would! Small but powerful. I like that it has the option to self fill the reservoir instead of hooking it into the waterline and I personally just let it drain into my sink when I’m using it. It’s kind of bulky for a countertop, but it’s also easy to store if you want it out of sight out of mind when you’re not using it, which is my plan. only downside is I still have to wash my pots and pans because sadly they did not fit

Sparkling clean dishes
Oh my goodness! This thing washes just as good, if not better, than a full sized dishwasher. My tableware sparkling clean. No do overs. It works exactly as stated in the instructions. Its very easy to attach the drain hose with its included hose clamp, it weighs about 28.7 lbs. I did it myself. The drain hose did indeed attach to my sink and did not fly all over when water was discharged from it. My dishes were super clean. I kept saying out loud omg...omg this is amazing. I used the pitcher included and did not hook up to the sink. I read the book first to familiarize myself with the operation. Super quiet. The only thing that I heard was the dryer fan which is something of a high-pitched whistling sound. Of course this was my 1st use. I pray it holds out. I love this thing!!! It is too large for my countertop, but I used a kitchen cart I already had. It fit my 10 1/2 inch plates slanted as they should be when loaded. The utensil basket worked fabulous for me and held quite a load of flatware. It held more than abundant flatware. I've used it now 3 times. Each time I'm amazed! The utensil basket needs to be turned right-side up (for the reviewer that stated the holes are too small to hold average sized flatware). Take the top off and you'll see areas for the flatware. The top is for small items that can be put in it and then you use the top to snap it on so small items don't come out. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!! I will recommend to anyone that would need this type of appliance. Thank you for offering it!

Purchased 4 years ago and it is still exceeding my expectations every day!
I purchased this dishwasher in 2022 and have been using it daily since. I am absolutely serious when I say this - it is in the top 5 best purchases of my 42 years. I had lived without a dishwasher for nearly 15 years, and as an AuDHD, dishes had become household chore enemy #1. The amount of time I spent spiraling about dishes was embarrassing and exhausting. I started to research these countertop units out of desperation. After several months exploring reviews on Reddit, Amazon, and appliance forums, this Novete unit was the standout, receiving high praise nearly ever spot it was mentioned. I finally made the purchase and haven't regretted it a moment since. I had no previous experience with a countertop unit and had definitely kept expectations low, but this thing's ability to clean blew me away. It may be small, but it is MIGHTY. I have had it for just over 4 years now and the unit itself is just as great and sturdy and runs just as wonderfully as it did on day one. It is also incredibly easy to clean (both inside and out), and is very easy to use. I included a short, sped-up video of the beginning of the wash cycle. I will be buying a second one soon, not because mine is giving any indication of stopping, but because I am constantly checking Amazon to make sure they haven't discontinued it, because if I do ever need another, I will be beyond devastated if I couldn't replace with the same unit. Buy it!

It gets the dishes clean, but the bottom rack is unusable
This would be five stars! The only reason I took a star off, and I actually hated to do it because it works so wonderfully, is the rack on the bottom was not designed for even medium sized items. The gaps are huge, so many things fall through. Even the head of a spatula would go right through the gaps and stop the bottom spinner from working.I just can't understand why someone would make the rack like this. The other issue with it is this piece on the left of the rack that juts up higher than the rest of the bottom. ChatGPT told me I couldn't clip it out because it was a structural support and if I did, the rack would sag. But things just wouldn't sit right on it. Surely they could've put that underneath! I got so frustrated that after about six months I purchased the smallest cooling rack I could find, but of course it wouldn't fit perfectly through the prongs. So you can see in the photos where I used wire cutters to clip it so that it would slide down in. I had to clip an entire row out to accommodate that support ChatGPT insisted I not remove! But in the end, it worked. The cooling rack you need to order is Lemengtree Cooling Racks (2-pack-11.02 inch. $9.99). Update 5.19.26. The cooling rack that I bought and used wire clippers to get it to fit over the prongs in the bottom rack rusted, not only where I cut it, but everywhere, staining my dishes. I took it out and tried it again to just use it the way it is and it is absolutely unusable. Whole drinking glasses go through the absolutely huge gaps in the bottom rack. I just cannot believe that the people who made this did not do a test run with real people's dishes even once. They simply couldn't have. Absolutely everything goes through except a literal plate or bowl. So this time I ordered what ChatGPT told me would not rust: * 304 stainless steel * welded mesh * dishwasher safe / heat resistant And spent two hours drilling holes into it to get it over the prongs and then using wire clippers as needed to fit it down into the bottom of the rack. I cannot believe the amount of time I've had to put into this dishwasher to make it actually usable. It's really, really sad because it does a great job getting the dishes clean. Please, somebody fix this bottom rack. Because of this, I guess I can't recommend buying it unless all you're going to wash are plates and bowls. Or you are willing to sink a couple of hours and another 20 bucks into trying to fix the rack.

Amazing!!!
I'm a mom to a toddler and I'm also pregnant so I'm very busy! I've never liked doing dishes and my husband was always upset when we had dirty dishes in the sink. He did not want to spend the $ to purchase a dishwasher so I waited almost a year till I bought this for myself on my birthday. I'm glad I waited and found this one specifically. Our cabinets are 2 inches too long to fit even the smallest of these underneath! And all the other countertop dishwashers I viewed previously had to be connected to a water source. When I began searching again and found this one that doesn't need to be connected and can just be filled up I purchased it immediately! I did read reviews about issues some people had so all I have to say is GET THE ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. I had to get a creative when figuring out where this would go. To fit this I bought a huge very heavy and strong wooden cutting board from Walmart and put it over the smaller area of our kitchen sink (it's split into 2 sections). The dishwasher went on top of this and the water drain tube went behind the machine and cutting board directly into the sink. My husband was really irritated that I went and spent money on this but it was a bday gift to myself! No regrets! Anyway, when setting it up I decided I was gona really pack this thing and see how well it actually does. Wow!!! You can fit so much more than I expected and everything gets clean! After a few days of this my husband finally got around to trying it and he absolutely changed his mind. We have almost no dishes sitting in the sink anymore! It cleared up a ton of clutter as well because you do not need to use a drying rack anymore. I get very creative when putting the dishes in, it's like a puzzle to fit as many things as possible. Oh, side note, since I pack it so much I only use the heavy duty cycle because it uses the same amount of water as the normal cycle anyway and it's only 20 minutes longer. After the first few days I noticed that there was some debris left behind in the machine so I ran a cycle with a bit of distilled white vinegar and it cleaned it right up! The detergent tablet leaves residue on the dishes so I started using about 1/2 a cup of the white vinegar with every load and the dishes are completely spotless and squeaky clean! I do not go easy on this machine, the only thing I do is remove any small chunks of food on the dishes. Other than that I put them in fully dirty; some with dried on sauces, some very oily, some with cake batter, etc. I want to make sure this machine can clean fully! And it does! (I'm sure the vinegar helps alot TBH). Another side note, The silverware container takes up too much space. So I removed it and we place the utensils inside the slots of the shelf that the mugs are supposed to sit on top of in the photos. You can still fit mugs and short cups underneath the shelf. We also place any tops/covers, cooking tools, or miscellaneous items on the shelf with the utensils, sometimes stacking them. FYI, they all get clean. 3 things I don't like: 1) I cannot fit my pots and pans in here because of the length of the handles but we can just wash those separately so whatever. 2) There is no option to turn on the light at any time to check on the dishes. I thought there was based on some of the photos and videos but nope. The light only turns on when you open and close it. I've tried using my phone flashlight to look in but because of the water splashing and that it gets foggy I can't see anything. It is important to see inside because the water will sometimes push the items out of place and there has been a couple times when something slipped down and the bottom spinning water dispenser gets caught and can't move! Same with the top one, sometimes you don't realize how high the dishes are and it can stop the propeller from spinning. 3) The beeping sound that lets you know when the water is filled to the max is really quiet! The sound of the water coming from the faucet while filling it up is louder than the beeping. I have to stand with my ear to the machine to hear it. This machine has stopped alot of arguments with my husband and people are amazed when they come over and see it. Friends have already asked where they can purchase it. 100% recommend, we love this thing. Oh and always GET THE WARRANTY!

SO FAR ... impressed
UPDATE 2023 11 30 -- WOW A WEEK INTO IT. I HAD TO ADD THIS. Remember seeing the youtube video or "a" video where they put in HARD, DRIED UP FOOD ON THE PLATE .... well I DID THAT this morning from yesterdays dishes. IT CAME OUT CLEAN AS A WHIP!!! My plate had smears of mashed potatoes, some "grim" from meat loaf, and a side dish with "residue" .... ALL DRIED ON OVERNIGHT! The only thing I changed was the dish soap I used. I bought powder for it; been using that. THEN because I couldn't see any suds going on to make me think there was any "cleaning" happening ... I bought a small pack of 6 pods (powder & liquid) ... too fat to fit in the soap well; so I CUT ONE IN HALF & oozed half in the little well for soap. OMG!!!! SUDS a plenty ... AND all rinsed out by the end of rinse cycle. I may buy me a bottle of liquid dishwasher soap to "share" with my powder. MAYBE that's my WIN WIN. ANYWAY, I'm a very happy camper and smile the whole time my "hired hand" is doing my dishes!!! THANKS TO NOVETTE for a great little MUST HAVE kitchen helper. If my apartment thinks I'm going to pay extra for it ... I'll let them know how much water I'm saving them; then it's "part of my THERAPY" ... right! 2023 11 23 I just got it a few days ago. I've used it each night to keep my kitchen sinks clear and clean. I ran dishes the last two nights in a row. I washed some grapes this morning. I don't have a lot to deal with as far as dishes go, so it's my blender, a couple pieces of silverware, a coffee cup & maybe a plate & small bowl ... BUT OH, HOW I'M LOVING THIS!! It probably takes me as long to fill the water tank as it would to do the stupid dishes ... BUT THAT'S NOT THE POINT!!! I AM LOVING THIS so far. After a leather beating as a child from NOT doing dishes, I have STRUGGLED all my life having to do them. I HATE DOING DISHES. NOW, this new toy is changing my life & mindset (LONG OVERDUE) & I am enjoying being in the kitchen a little more each day I have this. Should have gotten it YEARS ago. BUT, my senior years are finally making me strong enough to DO WHATEVER I HAVE TO for survival. The reviews helped me chose this particular dishwasher over others, and I didn't care what the price tag was ... I just wanted it to WORK! AND, so far, it has exceeded my expectations. It's a tad smaller than I thought it would be, so that saves me "real estate" & with the minimal amount of dishes I own & use, it isn't a problem. It is quiet enough when running to NOT wake the dead or outdo the riff-raff here and is super easy to use. No regrets here! LOVE IT! It feels like a positive overhaul is underway when thinking of doing dishes.

Gets dishes clean!
This product was honestly a bit bigger than I expected, and that's a good thing in my case. We can fit multiple 1/2 gallon glass mugs in this, and I was worried it would not be tall enough for them to fit, to my surprise and excitement it was! It is simple enough to use, unpacking and initial setup it was VERY easy! The unit is quite quiet! It does not leak! It did not leave not sticky residue on my dishes when used, and there are convenient error codes and beeps provided if there is an issue! The user manual even came with a simple wiring diagram in case you ever need to work on it or have it repaired! I am big on fixing my own things when they break or wear out, and to my surprise, this unit appears to be user-friendly enough that you can fix things if they go wrong. The set-up is super easy and only needs 3 steps, or an optional 4th or combination. The manual says that the unit will intelligently check to see if the tank is full and switch to the tap hookup if it is empty automatically, so this allows you to use the unit completely piped and plumbed in. However, if you go on a road trip and want to take it with you, it allows you to use the tank without any fuss. 1. Remove tape from the unit outside and in that holds items secure during shipping. 2. Connect the discharge hose to the outlet with a standard Philips head screwdriver using the included pipe collar and then stick the hose end with the suction cup to the side of the sink or use a large water jug. 3. You fill the pitcher container it came with 3 times with hot water. 4. (Optional) If you don't want to fill it up with the pitcher, you can connect the provided hose to the port on the back and to your faucet. If you get a 3 way T-fitting, you could connect your faucet and still use the spout, or you could just unscrew it from the sink faucet when you need to use your sink. 10/10 I would recommend!

I’m beyond disappointed and mad! Total misrepresent!
So I can’t get a dishwasher into my cabinets so I heavily researched , read comments etc and picked this. Was so excited to get it. Just set it up and immediately saw major issues. I set my items up exactly how their picture shows. #1 — They show their larger plates with plenty of room through the window. I measured my plates before I bought this, 10 1/2”, figured no problem, plenty of room. Well they wouldn’t even go in, the rack couldn’t slide back in. Even if I forced them in ( which I didn’t), the plates on the left would have reached so high they would have interfered with the top blade spinning water. #2— I have very normal flat wear, millions of people have similar. . It states the silverwear rack fits 7 forks, 7 knives and 7 spoons. Well, see my pics. Almost all slots are so short that I could fit exactly 4 utensils and no more, even though they state 21! Only 4 slots accommodated my flatware! So what am I supposed to do with a dishwasher that I can get only 4 utensils into? The only way you would possibly fit 21 is if you had that style flatware where the handles are like thin sticks, you know that modern kind. Otherwise, trust me, you’re washing your flatware by hand too. #3 — ok, let’s go to the mug situation. They show 3 normal size looking mugs on the “ rack” and one put on bottom. I have what I consider normal size mugs, look like everybody else’s mugs I know. Not even one could go in well. I finally took the smallest mug I have and kind of forced it in but it came real close to the spinning blades. Even at that size, you’re not getting 3 on that rack, not enough width to the shelf. Maybe expresso cups, that’s it! So what is this dishwasher for, might I ask? You can’t fit the plates up to 12” like they say. Can’t fit very normal mugs . Cant fit tons of flatware patterns ( mines very common). Why bother having this big thing sitting on your counter..what will it be washing and how much am I STILL going to have to wash by hand? So, so ridiculous. Btw, afterwards, I found a reviewer who liked how this brand cleaned, but had the same exact problem, his mugs and flatware didn’t fit. Packaged up, returning. Now my husband has to lug this big heavy thing back to UPS, I’m so, so mad. Please watch my video and see all my pics before you even consider this!

Works for small apartment owners who are busy.
Perfect, had for a while. Small issue with the top spinner but otherwise working great. (believe I can fix the issue of the top spinner, so 🤷♂️)

Too small for the cost
This dishwasher is a novel design as opposed to other designs. It is a higher height than other brands. The width and weight is appealing at first glance for storage in small spaces, however for me it was too small for my needs and too expensive to justify adaptation.
