Does this work on concrete countertops? Have lotsa cooking oil stains around counter oventop?

I only used it on concrete pavers and it was very effective. I dropped a big bottle of olive oil

Can "Pull it Out" remove a wine stain?

no, but a bar of Fels Naptha soap can. When it comes in contact with the wine, it immediately turns blue, scrub with a scrub brush a bit, then just wash the wine away. I had to do this with my neighbors kitchen grout. It works on anything washable and it is only $1 in any grocery store, top shelf usually.
