I am absolutely thrilled with the performance of this Marantz amp. It sounds incredibly smooth, has plenty of clean power, and looks absolutely brilliant on the hi-fi rack. Marantz really knows how to build a premium audio component.My only slight concern was with the packaging when it arrived. The main outer box had clearly been opened at some point, and there was a tiny, barely noticeable nick on the front fascia. Strangely, everything else inside was completely sealed and pristine...It was a bit weird, but since the amp works flawlessly and sounds so fantastic, I’m more than happy to keep it. Highly recommended for the audio quality alone; just keep an eye on the box condition when it arrives!

Why did you choose this product over others?:I needed an amplifier with a digital input, approx. 20 to 40W per channel, and there are surprisingly few. It has turned out to be an excellent choice. It is powerful, and gives a crystal clear sound stage, comparable, I am sure, with many much more expensive amplifiers, and seems very well built. Further, for those with a lot of equipment, it is fitted with range of other (analogue) inputs, including an RIAA input for a record player.Sound quality:Excellent. Crystal clear and it drives my loudspeakers with ease.Value for money:Comparable with much more expensive amplifiers, so even though it's not cheap, it does give very good value

Superb Marantz pm6007 amp. Amazing sound paired it with wharfedale diamond 9.1 speakers. Excellent service from seller richer sounds.

for entry level this is an eye opener. maybe a little shy on bass but thats a personal preference . very affordable good quality sound.

I never write reviews, so for me to be doing this means that I'm very happy with my purchase.Deciding to move on from old but trusty Arcam Diva 75+, I was rather concerned that despite being a model made 20 years later it might have ended up as more of a sideways step rather than a big improvementI needn't have worried as this amp has indeed blown the old Arcam out of the water.So here are my thoughts :Soundstage is really rather good, streaming FLAC to my Cambridge CXN with a Chord C coaxial cable to connect to the PM60007 sounds amazing, separation and space brilliant, clear but not harsh highs, punchy precise bass, with a very quick sound pattern.Streaming the lower rate Spotify sounds much better too.My old NAD C521i CD player and Nakamichi BX150 E tape deck are now sounding like totally different machines now, once again separation, soundstage, clear definition, punchy energetic sound.The phono stage is surprisingly good also as prior to this I was running a Project TubeBox S2 phono preamp on my old amp, and now I feel like I could get away without it ( although I'm still going to use it via the Tuner input )All in all if you like a clear, warm, spacey, not confused sound then I would say you can't go wrong with this amplifier.The only downside at the moment that I can see, and it's just a little niggle, and that would have been to let me switch the phono input to an inline input as for me to use the phono preamp I have to put it through the tuner selection.HIFILenco GL75NAD 521i CDNakamichi BX150 E Cassette deckDali Suite 3.5 SpeakersChord C interconnectsQED Silvery anniversary XT cables

Classic Marantz aesthetics (which I like), solidly built integrated amplifier and easy to operate with remote control. Excellent connectivity (digital, analogue and phono stage), beefy sound production and a great pairing with my Fyne Audio speakers. No Bluetooth or network connectivity but I have these facilities through my WiiM Mini in any event. In this regard, the internal DAC works well through the optical connection. Really good (and good value) heart of a hifi stereo system and highly recommended.

My amplifier which was being replaced was a Denon and it struggled with the channels when in phono modus. The Marantz not only looks good but it also delivers the sound and performance which was previously missing and has restored my faith in my phono and the enjoyment of music
