These lint free cosmetic pads are satisfactory, for purpose I had in mind
Can’t remember how much I paid for these but they are economical, & do the job I use them for :- cleaning nails prior to using sensationail uvb gel polish. The fibres in normal cotton wool just leaves lint debris.

They do the job!
I quite like these, they are more of a papery texture that the ones I usually get so I find they are good for cleansing the top coat after curing. For soak off, I prefer softer pads as they stay on the nail better.
