Works great and extremely affordable . I'm very happy with this purchase after the Sony company let me know this is the model of remote I needed for my TV.

The remote was not working at all as I read in the comments BUT my son finally noticed the batteries were in WRONG. The writing on the inside where the batteries go kind of looks like they go in positive up when it's DOWN! It started working great after that. In all the comment I didn't see anyone state this but this may be why a lot of people were saying it didn't work at all. Just thought I'd add this in case that is the problem.

This remote is exactly like the original remote for my TV, numbers match and all. But I can only give it a one star because it doesn't work at all for my television. None of the keys turn TV on or off, change channels, or anything else. I need to return.

The only thing I don't like is the battery door. The original Sony one opens to the two stacked batteries. This one opens only to one so you have to push the first battery up into the closed area, then out in the second one. The photo showed the full battery door opening which was why I selected this particular item. The last replacement broke at the hidden battery slot and became unusable. Everything else is fine and as expected.

Needed a replacement and this was spot one!
