Junk. Can't find replacement parts
I use this to wash things around the house or my truck and dirtbikes. Puts out good pressure for electric. Plus no maintenance of a gas motor and not nearly as heavy or expensive. Still goin good as of today. Bought it bout a year agoUpdate 10-2-17I would not recommend buying. The hose on mine now has multiple holes in it and the wand blew a seal inside of it. Bought a new wand and the threads on the hose are not pipe threads that are in most pressure washer wands. The hose has some odd threaded ends that you probably won't find replacement parts easily. Went to home Depot and bought a Ryobi 2000 psi electric washer. Much nicer and better built than this. Plus this isn't even a real snap on washer. Only way to buy authentic snap on is through franchisee

Replacement Wands require M22 15mm x 3/8 adapter
Purchased this from Menards in 2015 on clearance. It's been a good performer until my wand froze and cracked. Purchased a replacement Apache which is much nicer than the original. Found out that Snap-on and Sun joe both have a unique connector 15mm vs 14mm. You'll need to buy a M22 15mm x 3/8 adapter on ebay for $10 to make it work.

Thumbs down
Stopped working after a month. Warren teed but NIC shipping which costs almost as much as the item. This is not the same MFG as snap on tools.

Wheels and locking device poor design!
As far as the pressure and hoses and pump after two seasons works well. I like it better then my gas as it shuts off when you lay down the hose to scrub by hand or something then starts right up when you pull the handle again. No more engine maintenance or hard starting like the gas. I did not like the locks for the wheels the unit would still move when pulling hose out. I removed the locks for the wheels and threw them away. I removed the two casters from the front and mounted two round pieces of 2 bi four that I made. This works much better then the wheel locks. I can now pull the hose out without the unit moving. Works great! The way the wheels are mounted was crappy also they tow out ( / \ ). They should of been made more sturdy some how. I had to remove some plastic off the ribs behind the wheel to make them run smooth. They were rubbing on the tire. Also had to add an extra sturdier washer on the screw that holds the wheels on. Just an all around poor design. Now after these modifications I like how it is more portable to move around and sturdier when being used.

I easily found replacement spray wand by calling Snap-On
Just wanted to add my 2 cents to the reviewer who couldn't find replacement wand. Like that reviewer, I too did not properly winterize my pressure washer by leaving water in the gun....it froze...it cracked....my fault. I came on here to order a new wand and couldn't find one and my heart sank when I read the review that said they had looked everywhere and couldn't find the part. I came close to giving up, but decided to call snap-on and see what they had to say, confident that they were probably going to soak me for an exorbitant amount to replace the gun, if they even sold the gun separately. To my pleasant surprise, they had the gun, and the cost of the gun and shipping came to a whopping (sarcasm) $23. I was very relieved. Also, this was the 3rd pressure washer I had bought, the other two NOT being Snap-on, both the other two were cheap junk that broke almost immediately. This pressure washer works well and is well built but you should note that after the bad experiences I had with other pressure washers I go out of my way to baby this one, as an example If I need more hose off the reel, I set down the wand and walk over to the main unit and pull it off being careful to guide it and support the machine. A good pressure washer, if it breaks, don't give up, call the Snap-On customer service.
