Balsam Hill Berkshire Mountain Fir Prelit Artificial Christmas Tree, 9 Feet, Clear Lights

Because I was told the tree wouldn’t arrive before the 27th of December my husband bought several strings of lights that we put in our old tree, (the one whose lights don’t all work), it was up for ourChristmas season and being 75 I didn’t have the energy to undecorate put out, setup the new tree and decorate. I looked at it in the box and am excited for next year to put it up, it looks so real as far as the needles go! I’m sure it will be beautiful and I’ll let you know next year! After what seemed like hours online to find the TREE we were looking for, we crossed our fingers and ordered. SO many options! We are more than pleased. It's really beautiful. It arrived faster than expected and was a breeze for us, who are NOT very handy, with anything! Part of the 3rd top tier was not lighting up. More beautiful than even a real tree would be. This tree, where not expensive, is spending quite a bit of money for a Christmas tree. However, this tree is exceptional. It was well wrapped, easy to assemble (involves plenty of fluffing), and very finely made. There were no needles on the floor. We were very pleasantly surprised.

Their warranty is useless. It will take weeks to get a return label and that is after you spend hours troubleshooting. Mine lasted one Season. They will make you check individual lights and strands over the phone. Crazy. Lights don’t last.
