Can your heater go hot at 195F 200F ? it would best i could like to cook ramen with this?

Absolutely you can, the water coming out is hot enough to make coffee. It can easily burn your lips and tongue if you try to sip it.

How deep is the dispenser from back to the front of the drip tray? The pictire says 21 inches but that looks like it doesnt include the drip tray.
